Permanent positions for Senior and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors. £45 - £55k basic salary plus Private Family healthcare, Car allowance, Pension, Lap Top, Mobile Phone, 25 days leave. Performance related salary to 155 of salary.
A well known Consultancy based in Central London who provide Surveying expertise to a number of the top civil contractors covering projects in sectors such as Civil Structures, Rail, Utilities, Highways and Marine Works.
Position overview:
Due to a huge amount of repeat and new projects our client has the need for a number of intermediate and Senior QS’s from a civil contractor background. Roles are regional, across the South East and London, and the successful candidates will be allocated projects within a realistic geographical area.
The successful candidate will need to exhibit excellent experience on projects involving Civil Structures, Rail, Utilities, Highways and Marine Works, either specializing in one or in general. It is ESSENTIAL to have experience of NEC CONTRACT.
