The ideal candidates will be self-motivated with civil engineering background and a proven track record in the construction industry, based on a minimum of 15 years relevant experience and capable of managing tenders up to $100m. A team player with excellent communication skills is required to interact with divisional managers. Experience in heavy structure estimations in industrial works, concrete flyovers, interchanges etc. with at least 20 years experience in major construction works with some overseas work experience preferred. A thorough understanding of computerised pricing programs and support software will be essential, preferably experienced with Construction Computer Software (CCS). Previous overseas experience is considered essential.

Electrical Engineer

The successful candidate will be expected to independently design Electrical Building Services including organising and managing the work of their teams, and supervise the electrical works on site. Communication skills, ability to perform and function within a team and willingness to take responsibility are essential. The candidate must be a Graduate Electrical Engineer with minimum of 8 - 10 years experience, at least 5 years with a Design Consultancy
