Restaurant Manager - Singapore

Roles & Responsibities
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Restaurant, Bar and Banquet Function Rooms
• Maintain a high standard of professional and friendly dining experience to all our guests at all times
• Conduct F&B training to all staff as and when necessary
• Conduct audits regarding guests satisfaction, operational efficiency, food wastage and safety
• Submit monthly report analysis to head office on sales and customer issues for work improvement plans
• Possess excellent knowledge in Wine and Western Cuisine
• Be a dynamic leader and able to manage and lead a highly motivated but varied team
• Have a high and consistent philosophy in service and management
• Be someone that will continually seek ways to optimize business operations by developing and implementing strategic plans to grow the business
• Customer Service oriented, business savvy and creative


Qualification : Diploma in Hotel Management
Required skill(s) : F&B experience, knowledge in Wine and Western Cuisine
Experience : 3 - 5 Years
