Client Operation Manager - Abu Dhabi

Position Description

We provide a range of services designed to optimise the costs involved in managing the life cycle of major commercial and industrial buildings in the region.

As the Client Operation Manager, the primary function of this position will be to manage the contract between the company and client to ensure a satisfactory level of service is maintained. This will apply to single or multiple sites and one or more clients and will include but not be limited to the following:

* Manage and deliver the agreed service within budget
* First line contact with client representatives
* Leadership and management of staff and resources (subcontractors etc)
* Cost analysis, budget forecasts and preparation of reports
* Participate in devleopment of strategy with senior management team
* Exceed customer expectations in accordance with agreed service levels

Position Requirements

Ideally, you will be hold a degree in engineering or similar teamed with management experience within a Facilities and/or Operations environment. Exposure to an outsourced service provider model would also be an advantage.

Astute when managing budgets, you are also competent at analysing data and producing technical reports. An effective communicator and customer oriented individual, your ability to lead people and deliver on results will be essential to this role.

Job Title: Front Office Supervisor x 01
Handling Staff, Rooms Division, Sales related work, handling guest complaints, Managing Front Office, Customer Relations
Requirements: Minimum two years experience in hotel industry at a supervisory job, knowledge in Hotel Management Systems e.g.. Opera, good communication skills, pleasant personality, able to work long hours and flexible
Remuneration: MVR6000 – 6,500 + Service Charge

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor x 01
Handling Staff, accompanying guests to seats, managing restaurant activities, serving food if required, maintaining the quality of service provided by the waiters as required by the hotel, activity participating in promoting the restaurant and cost control
Requirements: Minimum two years experience as a senior waiter or minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor in a related field, knowledge in Hotel Management Systems e.g.. Opera is an added added advantage, good communication skills, pleasant personality and flexible.
Remuneration: MVR6000 – 6,500 + Service Charge

Job Title: Mechanic x 02
Knowledge in repairing air conditions, minimum 3 and half years experience as a mechanic.
Remuneration: MVR5000 + Service Charge

Benefits: Service Charge of 99%, Over time pay for hours of work exceeding 8 per day; paid annual leave of 30 days; Food allowance; one off day per week, morning and afternoon tea, Uniform, Job Guarantee (all employees are on contract basis)
