Spa Resources International is searching for highly qualified and experienced Female Spa Manager for a high-end pre-opening hotel spa in the heart of Saudi Arabia.
Candidate must have outstanding personality, excellent with people management and knowledgeable with spa operation. Preferably with understanding on the financial aspect of the business. Must have International experience & Middle East experience will be an advantage. Candidate must be adoptable and could work in a conservative environment match with a strong leadership that’s open to challenges and development.

The Job Role:
•Oversee all spa operations including guest services, treatment services, marketing, and maintenance.
•Prepare & to implement standard operating procedure.
•Responsible for recruitment & staffing.
•Supervise the staff daily activities including roster and payroll.
•Overlook staff training & development.
•To liaise or coordinate with other hotel departments as well as corporate suppliers.
•Handle marketing and promotions of the spa
•Attend to all guest inquiries and special needs with upmost service.
•Handle & resolve any guest issues and complaints.
•Prepare and analyze financial standing of the spa and make sure that targets are achieved.
