IVR Java Developer (Genesys) - Remote Work
Job Location : Fulton County, Georgia, USA, United States
Long term contract for a Java IVR/VXML developer! (Ability to work remotely)
Candidates must have Genesys GVP experience to qualify!
In this role, you will be developing cutting edge Advanced Voice Recognition solutions using VoiceXML and Java.
* Serve as an application developer to call center clients and assist with design and implement of new technology
* Create speech recognition IVR applications, CTI based call flows, screen pop applets, Real Time Web services and reporting dashboards
* Serve as a primary interface to vendors for issues with telecom applications and interfaces
* Maintain enterprise applications leverage database schemes to create flexible architecture
* Coordinate activities and accompany vendors while onsite
