Finance Manager - Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, analyze, and develop financial strategies for the company.
- Supervises and manages all aspects of the accounts department.
- Formulate strategies and enable all financial resources to optimize organizational liquidity and service of capital for the Company.
- Manage asset growth and minimize risk exposure of all investments.
- Manage, analyze and ensure all financial controls (both internal and external), revenue targets, profits and any corrective actions are taken to guarantee alignment with the company's financial objectives.
- Ensure that the company has an effective tax structure on all of its investments and assets.
- Control the accounting process, design and track financial data, plans and projections.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions.
- Makes budget recommendations for various departments.
- Reviews and approves monthly, quarterly and year end accounting statements and reports.
- Reviews and approves payments such as reimbursements, payments on accounts, vouchers, checks, etc.
- Perform other related duties as requested.

Skills

- 10 years experience in his field, background in Oil and Gas is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Creative and team player
- Hunt and analyze new opportunities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Possess strong techno-commercial, mass management, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge in using financial or accounting software

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA

Project Manager of structural steel erection of heavy steel for industrial project.

Communicate and meeting with client, consultant, contractor or sub-contractor regularly.

Manage in all phases of construction for various stages of work.

Plan construction methods for complex industrial structural steel project.

At least 10 - 15 years of experience in Steel Construction or Steel Fabrication.

5 years experience in GCC.

Skills

Capale of leading workforces for more than 100 workers including engineers, etch.

Good exposure to planning software (Primavera, MS Project)

Project management skills.

Strong knowledge in different MS Office application.

Good communication skills in English, arabic is a plus.

Education

BS in Civil Engineering and PMP is a plus

Sales Assistant - Dubai

This well placed Bank / Investment house is looking for an assistant to work closely with the Middle East Sales Manager within Private Wealth Management based in Dubai. The role will be to provide administrative support to the Sales Manager. Fluent Arabic & English Essential

Duties will consist of ad-hoc project management, preparation of presentation material, preparing material for country team reviews, preparation of material for Client Advisor's business reviews and to act as an On-Boarder when necessary

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English & Arabic and have the correct documentation to work in Dubai as the client will not be providing visas. The candidate should posses a degree in preferably finance or economics and be able to display discretion and confidentiality. The candidate must also have relevant experience, proven administrative skills and be computer literate as well as having an interest in the financial markets

Candidates should have no more than 5 years experience preferably from an administrative capacity. Fluent Arabic and English are a must.. Candidates must have the legal rights to work in Dubai as the client will not be arranging work permits
