KOMAK are currently working with an international multi-disciplinary contractor based in DUBAI and working on mechanical and electrical packages worth many tens of millions of pounds. The client has decades of experience in the Middle East and is considered one of the leading contractors in the region.
THE ROLE AND THE PERSON:
Our client is currently working on a secure development in Dubai. As part of this new build work they are also responsible for a large amount of the mechanical and electrical packages.
As such KOMAK have been asked to source mechanical and electrical quantity surveyors to be part of a team of surveyors reporting to the commercial director and occasionally the commercial director. As a mechanical and electrical quantity surveyor you will have demonstrable experience in the UK or some in the Middle East although the latter isn't a necessity.
You will have a strong background and professional qualification in M&E quantity surveying such as a HND or degree.
The work is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project is on a major scale and this is a fantastic career opportunity for the right person. You will initially be a quantity surveyor but our client always pushes and provides any additional training that you may require or want to take your future career in the right direction.
