Assistant Finance Manager - Qatar

Al Fardan Group in Qatar is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to be based in Doha.

- Propagating a consistent set of Accounting Processes, policies, systems and programs across BU
- Assisting in BU Level budgeting & Financial Planning.
- Assisting in Internal Auditing & ensuring BU compliance with Finance Processes
- Streamlining financial operations with the BU and operational planning
- Tracking KPIs in a timely & accurate manner
- Providing financial information through regularly generated reports
- Ensuring satisfaction of BU with Finance services
- Execution of cost-effective Finance Services
- Perform finance
-related administrative work
- Carrying out other finance related tasks and responsibilities

Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, FInance • Holds a professional certification (i.e. CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc); or a relevant Master's Degree • Arabic speaker with at least 6 years finance experience in real estate or other related industry, or alternatively, at least 3 years in a senior finance position • Should have experience in Oracle Financial Applications • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment • Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills. • Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Interested in process improvement. • Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction. • Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills. Qualifications: * 7 years experience in Finance and Accounts, 2 of which in a similar position * Preference would be given to candidates with Real Estate experience * Ability to apply finance concepts * Strong Decision - Making, Analytical and Time - Management Skills * Up-to-date knowledge of the Best Practices in Finance * Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
