Systems Administrator - Saudi Arabia

This position will be primarily responsible for managing servers running Microsoft Windows, local area network, including PCs and other distributed network resources.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and network equipment
• Manage, troubleshoot, and support servers, firewall, routers, switches, and software throughout the District
Install new software and hardware as necessary for the servers
• Monitor and investigate servers, network, and software / OS related problems. Work with appropriate vendor to resolve problems or arrange for repair as necessary.
• Assign appropriate levels of control and security to the network.
• Develop and maintain business continuity through regularized data backup and management of storage of archived data files.
• Analyzes systems security and implements security solutions.
Collaborate in developments of LAN architecture and deployment/management of network components.
• Administrate the messaging system and Internet access.
• Analyze server and network activity and maintains performance monitoring systems as well as other software programs e.g., intrusion detection, virus scanning applications, etc.
• Monitor network utilization and performance.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum (3) years of network administration experience required, ideally working in a Microsoft
• Windows networked environment.
• Solid knowledge and experience with network technologies.
• MCSE, CCNA is an advantage.
• Must possess a demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English is a must).

The Company will offer both life and non-life reinsurance products under the purview of The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), the principal agency responsible for the application and administration of the Insurance Law and its Implementing Regulations. The reinsurance products will be offered for both treaty and facilitative types of reinsurance in all classes of business.

Following completion of the IPO and the conclusion of the Constituent General Assembly, an application will be submitted to the Minister of Commerce and Industry requesting the announcement of the incorporation of the Company. The Company will be considered duly incorporated as a joint stock company from the date of issuance of the Resolution of the Minister of Commerce and Industry declaring its incorporation.
