Mechanical Quantity Surveyor – Data centres Location: East London Remuneration: Attractive basic salary of circa £40,000per annum Car / Car allowance Pension Private Health care Client: My client is an expanding property technology contractor who operate in the data centre and business recovery sector.

Due to previous and continued expansion they currently require a Quantity Surveyor to support their construction programme.

Opportunity: This is a rare and unique opportunity for a motivated and energetic Quantity Surveyor to work in on Data and business recovery sector This exciting role will see the Quantity Surveyor working within a full project delivery team compromising of project managers and service engineers .Your role will be to provide full turn-key Quantity Surveying support including: Estimating, budget forecasting, cost plan management, consultant and contractor selection, tendering, contract negotiation, valuations and variations, cost reporting, final accounts and other QS duties.

Requirements: 5 years Mechanical Quantity Surveying experience Contractor background Construction experience must include data centres, switch centres, communication rooms or Industrial sites Ideally degree qualified Synopsis: A rare and unique opportunity to join an expanding company and experience cutting edge projects.
