Description: Facilities Manager
Our client are a Facilities Management contractor based in Dubai. They seek a Facilities Manager (Hard Services) to be responsible for a variety of residential high rise towers.
In order to apply you must currently be based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
*Our client are seeking a Facilities Manager with good technical knowledge, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar is highly desirable.
*The successful candidate will also have experience of Facilities Management in Dubai on similar projects ie residential or commercial towers, high spec residential etc.
*Communication skills are key as you will not only be overseeing and managing a team of technicians internally, but you will also be liaising with external consultancies, clients and sub contractors.
*It is essential you will have good knowledge of HVAC, Air Con and MEP.
The client representative on this newly awarded project is of Arabic origin, therefore the ability to communicate in Arabic would be a distinct advantage. This is however not an essential requirement, our client will consider candidates of any ethnicity who can demonstrate excellent communication skills.
