Position 1: Senior / SAP Consultant
Job Description:
• Install/Upgrade of SAP R/3 and related components (APO, CRM, XI, EP, SRM, BW);
• Having experience in Production Support and OS/DB migrations on all platforms;
• Implemented SAP Correction and Transport system;
• SAP client copy, client export and client import;
• SAP CCMS, Operation mode, Background jobs, printing and spool management;
• Apply patches/notes and Support packages;
• J2EE/Java administration and troubleshooting;
• Support/install/upgrade clustered environments both on NT and Unix platforms.
Requirements:
•More than 5 years of hands-on experience on SAP BASIS prefer;
•Independent, a good team player and able to work under pressure;
•Prefer Bilingual or good communication skills in English, with Strong analytical mind;
•Preferably familiar with lotus notes email and MS office application;
•Must be able to work non-office hours (follow US office hours), when required;
•Database Skills Requirement related to SAP, such as:
O Oracle/Db2/MSSQL
O Database administration using SAP tools
O Database performance and tuning
O Adding table extents and enlarging tablespaces
O Reorganizing tables and tablespaces
O Upgrading Database software
o Backups/Recovery using brtools

Position 2: SAP / ABAP Developer
Job Description:
•Able to work on Enhancement Project, Create Reports, Layouts/Outputs, function modules, user exits, and any other ABAP functions;
•Knowledge of Supply Chain end-to-end business process would be an advantage;
Requirements:
•3 to 4 years of hands-on experience on ABAP/4;
•Functional knowledge and understanding of development for SD module;
•Strong in SAPScript, ABAP Programming, Function Module and Data Dictionary;
•Experience in User Exits, Dialog Programming, BDC, IDOCs, SMART forms, RFC, BAPI, ALE/EDI, ALV
and performance tuning;
•Good experience on debugging, production support for SAP and workflow;
•Independent, a good team player and able to work under pressure;
•Prefer Bilingual or good communication skills in English, with Strong analytical mind;
•Preferably familiar with lotus notes email and MS office application.


Position 3: UNIX / LINUX System Programmer
Job Description:
•Design and develop test routines to assure new hardware & firmware implementations, and to meet
system architecture specifications;
•Run test routines on a platform utilizing all system resources (microprocessor, memory, PCI adapters,
etc.);
•Develop in-depth understanding of hardware and firmware architecture to build the necessary routines.
Requirements:
•Fresh Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Electronic Engineering are
welcome to apply;
•Understanding of computer architecture preferably POWER or RISC;
•Possess programming and debugging skills in C or PERL on Unix/Linux environment;
•System software testing on Linux / Unix platform is a must;
•In-depth understanding of hardware and firmware architecture;
•Familiar with hardware design and microcode;
•Experience in C and PERL are a plus, other programming languages will be considered;
•A team player ! with goo d communication skill.
Position 4: Hardware / Firmware Development & Support Engineer
Job Description:
•Develop firmware for IBM Point-of-Sale Printers;
•Support field issues and assist in system design;
Requirements:
•Degree or Master in Electronic / Computer engineering, or related discipline;
•Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded system development;
•Strong background of Assembly and C programming;
•Familiar with ARM/Power core MCU will be an advantage;
•Strong troubleshooting skill and well-versed in both digital & analog circuit;
•Familiar with serial communication protocol knowledge such as USB & RS232;
•A team player with good communication skill.
Position 5: Database Administrator
Job Description:
•Comprehensive knowledge of DB2 on Linux database architecture and software products, including a
detailed knowledge of DB2 on Linux internals and database recovery techniques;
•Candidate should have strong experience of Linux operating systems;
•Experience in day to day DB2 Database Administration, DB2 upgrade and Maintenance of DB2;
•Keep up to date system documentation and to communicate with Application Team;
•Undertake evaluation, testing, implementation and maintenance of DB2 on AIX / LINUX software
products and services;
•Conduct complex DB2 on Linux database systems technical reviews to improve performance, resource
utilization and integrity;
•Specify, design and develop utility programs as required to support DB2 on Linux environment; and
consult on their implementation and usage;
•Provide technical instruction to other team members;
•Proven experience successfully deploying releases with no or limited errors.
Requirements:

Position 6: CNC Consultant
Job Description:
•Minimum JDE CNC experience of 3 years and 1 JDE implementation or upgrade experience;
CNC Skill Requirements:
•Server management (Deployment, Enterprise, Database, Citrix);
•Object promotion and package deployment;
•Job queue management, Performance tuning;
•Setting up security, creating environments, path codes etc;
•Applying ESU, Backup Restore and Special skills required for our server migration:
o Installation of Deployment server, Enterprise server, running table conversions,
applying Planner ESU and Service;
o Pack, taking backup, building package, restoring data and objects
o Resources will be based in Uganda/Kampala.
