A high profile company in Dubai is seeking for a Warehouse Assistant.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipment activities;
Managing material receipts, inspection of cargo and storage;
Supervising and managing fork-lift operators and labors;
Updating and maintaining inventory record on daily basis and generating appropriate reports;
Preparing delivery notes and plan delivery schedules to various sites;
Coordinating with freight forwarders and subcontractors;
Interacting with different functional teams to ensure smooth coordination;
Conducting stock-take and report outcome to all stakeholders;
