The Position: Dnata Agencies is a part of the Emirates Group that represents over 30 Airlines as their General Sales Agent. Among its several Divisions are Dnata World Travel and Business Travel International (BTI). They function as IATA approved Travel Agencies from several locations within Dubaiand the Northern Emirates, selling Retail, Corporate and Government travel, as well as maintaining a round-the-clock Reservation/Sales Call Centre.
As a front-liner, the job holder will directly interact with existing and potential clients, to provide a superior and consistent quality of Travel services, to sell Airline tickets and Travel related products including Leisure Travel. The job-holder will be required to convert maximum number of enquiries into `Ticketed sales` increasing Dnata`s revenues at every sales opportunity, through efficient and friendly customer service, and perform dual functions simultaneously (Ticket Sales/Reservation and Tele Sales/Reservation).

Skills
Experience and Qualifications:
- 'A' levels or equivalent, graduate is preferable
- IATA or Airline Standard Fares and Ticketing course
- Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry
- Arithmetic skills and an excellent knowledge of World Geography
- Interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills
- PC skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Spoken Arabic and fluency in other international languages an advantage
