Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a leading Consultancy firm based in Dubai.The purpose of the role is to compile tender comparisons; draft contracts work orders and manage claims, whilst working closely with the client and contractor on multiple projects. The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Engineering and will have at least 2 years experience in the UAE. Experience managing claims is essential and you will ideally have experience with Marine / Ports / Infrastructure / Road works projects. You must also have excellent communication and relationship management skills.
