Customer Service Manager - Dubai

SIEMENS

Goals/Mission:
- Customer support to the assigned small gas turbine (SGT) fleet base within Energy Service Oil and Gas Region Middle East.
- Sales and marketing for the service of the SGT product range within the subregional territory.
- Actively participate in the sales and marketing of retrofit / aftermarket products.
- Contribute to the strategic / budget planning for the installed SGT fleet.

Tasks:
- Provide customer support to the assigned SGT fleet within the given territory.
- Sales and marketing of the SGT product ranges within the given territory.
- Act as the local point of contact for the assigned SGT fleet between the customer / distributor and Siemens.
- Carry out the local business in accordance with Siemens guidelines for compliance and best practices.
- Contribute through best practice towards the achievement of local budget targets and cost reductions.

Skills

Knowledge/Languages
Basic knowledge of:
- PM@Siemens.
- LOA.
- Business conduct guidelines.
- PLC technology.
- Sales and marketing.
- Negotiation skills.
- Contractual awareness.
- Commercial tender reviews.
Advanced knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office.
- PLC related marketing tools (SAP, OFT etc.).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Command of the German / Arabic language is a plus.

Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of service type portfolios, customer relations, planning and execution of service related orders / projects.
- 2 to 3 years of project management experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in working with multicultural teams and in a multicultural client environment.
