Employee Relations Coordinator - Dubai

Role Purpose

To carry out specialist clerical and administrative activities in order to support the provision of high quality HR services. Jobs at this level will work within set procedures under the direction of a Specialist and Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities

* Process HR documentation and information from a variety of sources in order to support ongoing HR activities.
* Collate and/or summarise data and produce routine reports, schedules, advertisement texts, summaries and letters, seeking additional information where necessary, to support specific HR activities.
* Identify and undertake initial investigations into data discrepancies in order to correct errors and ensure the highest standards of data accuracy
* Carry out ad hoc project work as required, involving internal and/or external liaison, within set guidelines provided by the Officer / Supervisor / Manager
* Liaise with internal customers and/or external agencies on the telephone and/or in writing in order to exchange information and clarify facts
* Screen incoming mail and telephone calls, draft responses, redirect correspondence and callers to appropriate people and/or departments where required, obtaining additional information where necessary.
* Schedule appointments, co-ordinate complex travel and accommodation arrangements and produce itineraries as required which optimise the use of HR personnel time.
* Implement appropriate filing and data retrieval systems in order to ensure ease of access to up to date information at all times.
* Meet, greet and receive visitors, directing them to appropriate meeting rooms and/or personnel so as to ensure both optimum use of HR department personnel time and cordial hospitality to all guests and visitors
* Coordinate and arrange meetings; prepare agendas and/or attend and minute meetings in order to support their efficient and effective operation


Qualification & Experience

* Graduate with 1- 2 years relevant secretarial / administrative / clerical experience with HR background
