Senior Quantity Surveyor - Wolverhampton

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is urgently required by our client to work on a range of social housing schemes in Wolverhampton.

In return for your skills, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be offered:
Up to £45,000 per annum depending upon experience
Company Car/Car Allowance

Up to 25% bonus scheme
5 weeks holiday

The Role:
Our client is a contractor that specialises predominately in the social housing sector.

Due to a long term framework in the Wolverhampton area our client has an urgent need for an experienced refurbishment Quantity Surveyor

The framework is over 5 years in duration and is valued at over £10m per year.

Requirements:
This position requires experience within refurbishment contracts. This refurbishment experience does not need to be within social housing.
