One of the biggest, project management and cost management consultancies are looking for quantity surveyor to join their Dubai office to provide full pre and post quantity surveying services

Responsibilities

*Preparing cost plans and estimates
*Preparing tender documents and measuring bills of quantities
*Carrying out tender evaluation and preparing tender reports
*Review of Bonds and Insurances as submitted by the Contractor
*Checking contractor's application and preparing interim payment certificates
*Checking and agreeing with a recommendation for payment, the contractor's final account
*Evaluating proposed variations to contract with respect to financial impact on the contract
*Attend meetings as required
*Prepare regular cost reports

Candidate

*Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying
*Minimum 5 years experience
*Computer literate
*Presentation skills
*Leadership skills
*Knowledge and understanding of component parts of a project and overall construction costs
*Experience in project management/construction industry would be preferrable
*Gulf experience would be beneficial
