A Banquet Sales Manger is requiredfor Peninsula Excelsior Hotel in Singapore
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide proposals and quotations on the functions enquires by clients and closely follow-up with the clients to secure the business.
* Meet up with clients to answer any enquires on functions and seminars which including the room arrangement and layout of the Hotel function rooms.
* Maintain and update the Banquet Reservation Book to ensure all bookings are duly recorded.
* Liaise closely with the Executive Chef on menu planning.
* Work closely with relevant departments on the planning of the room layout, equipment and service needed for difference functions requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
* Must be business oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
