As part of a team of 2-3 people, the Customer Service Agent will need to work closely with our marketing team on activities such as communication, databases, direct marketing, campaigns, surveys and quality control.Your key responsibilities will be:
* Attend calls in a service oriented manner
* Ensure the proper creation of customer profile and customer contact records
* Act according to internal procedures/processes and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of work and performance
* Prepare and analyze the reports related to customer complaints, service reminders, sales, customer follow up etc.
* Provide regular reports to the Call Centre Manager on the Call Center activities and performance
* Conduct out-bound calls for card upgrade / telesales
* Perform other related front office duties as requested and attend calls according to the team defined job responsibilities
The candidate should possess:
* Good interpersonal and communication skills in English is essential
* Knowledge of PC-based applications
* Minimum 3 years experience in work related to a Call Centre
* Arabic / Russian and English language abilities are essential to succeed in this position.
