This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager from the Food and Beverage / Retail Industry to join an innovative and fresh cafe concept based in Abu Dhabi.
The operation itself will run at 300 covers, and will embrace a modern causal dining concept. Coupled with the most exciting theme park concept in the region and a sizeable merchandising outlet, this operation will run at an impressive profit turnover. There is also a Media Centre to maximise on the operation's success and wide appeal.
The successful applicant will have knowledge of creating similar operations from scratch, and should have full 360 degree Project Management Experience, from liaising with contractors through to full P&L responsibility. They should also have knowledge of Purchasing, Budgeting, be an excellent communicator at all levels, and be able to negotiate with senior government body decision makers. An MBA in Finance will be an advantage for the successful applicant to ensure that they fully maximize the potential profit of this operation.
