A leading Top 10 cost and project management consultancy specializing in high value quantity surveying in Dubai is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. They have been operating out of their Dubai office in the United Arab Emirates for more than 15 years.

The company is looking for a senior quantity surveyor to operate out of their Dubai office. They currently have an order book with a value in excess of £100m and growing continuously. They have a considerable volume of work and are looking to take on a senior quantity surveyor to work on a variety of jobs. The work can and will cover retail, commercial and residential quantity surveying.

At present they have three specific residential schemes on in Dubai so residential experience would be looked upon favorably but there is still a strong and definite need for quantity surveyors fro all backgrounds.

The Person:

For this position you will be a quantity surveyor in the U.A.E. or a senior quantity surveyor in the U.K. or your current country of origin if you are not currently in Dubai or the United Arab Emirates.

You will have more than 5 years post quantity surveying degree experience in one or more of the following disciplines: residential, high rise, commercial or retail. Any specialism in this will be looked upon favorably as will general experience across the board.

The Reward:

For this position you can expect a salary of up to £50,000. In addition to this you will also have your accommodation paid for, car, flights and BUPA health cover amongst other benefits.
