This well placed Bank / Investment house is looking for an assistant to work closely with the Middle East Sales Manager within Private Wealth Management based in Dubai. The role will be to provide administrative support to the Sales Manager. Fluent Arabic & English Essential
Duties will consist of ad-hoc project management, preparation of presentation material, preparing material for country team reviews, preparation of material for Client Advisor's business reviews and to act as an On-Boarder when necessary
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English & Arabic and have the correct documentation to work in Dubai as the client will not be providing visas. The candidate should posses a degree in preferably finance or economics and be able to display discretion and confidentiality. The candidate must also have relevant experience, proven administrative skills and be computer literate as well as having an interest in the financial markets
Candidates should have no more than 5 years experience preferably from an administrative capacity. Fluent Arabic and English are a must.. Candidates must have the legal rights to work in Dubai as the client will not be arranging work permits
